Uni 23-05-2016 - Guidance on VAT deduction for the collected FCT

According to official letter 1964/TCT-CS:

In case, the company signed the contract with foreign contractors but the company does not declare, pay on behalf of foreign contractors as regulations. When tax authority inspected tax at the company’s office and collected VAT of foreign contractors, the company must not declare, deduct the collected VAT.
